How does Russo’s Price Match Guarantee work?

1.  We will match any verifiable advertised internet price, (INCLUDING SHIPPING AND HANDLING). We offer Free shipping and handling on orders over $50* (on orders within a 35-Mile radius of Northlake, IL). Many other online stores offer low prices, but charge hidden shipping and/or handling fees. We must be able to call or email the other store to verify the items are in stock and include all applicable shipping and handling fees.  We will not match pricing on items that are discontinued, demo merchandise, old stock with old packaging designs, factory seconds, and floor samples.  Items that do not contain the exact chemical composition as the item being price matched are not valid for a price match. 
2.  To receive our price match guarantee, notify us of the item you would like to price match and provide a link to the other stores item.  Please send this information to russospoolandspa@gmail.com.  You will receive your price match by the end of the next business day.
