“I had them do some maintenance on my above ground pool in March in an effort to get ahead of busy season. This weekend, when I went to open the pool, there were still some issues. They were able to get someone out that day who looked at it. Unfortunately, the problem still wasn’t fixed and I emailed them about it the following day. By the next day, another team came out and the pool is now tip top.
I understand messing around with plumbing is always a gamble, so I appreciate their commitment to good workmanship and promptness in responding to me. I will use them again as I’ve had less professional experiences with other pool stores.”

However, every time I go there, both Jimmy (Jimbo) and Tommy Stryjewski (Tom) (Parts Manager) is SUPER helpful and share all the best tips and tricks with me. I had them open/close my pool for a couple years now but since the pandemic, I watched YouTube and did it myself. I just bought a motor from them even that I can find it cheaper on Amazon.
